These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ToxicFilter's services, provided by Kenodo Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, located at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London.

2. Description of Service

ToxicFilter is an AI-powered content moderation service that filters spam, detects toxic comments, nudity, unsafe or violent images using a combination of AI, pre-trained models, and other technologies.

We provide SDKs for Python, PHP, and JavaScript to integrate our moderation capabilities into your applications.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for any activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

5. API Usage and Limits

Use of our API is subject to rate limits and usage quotas based on your subscription plan.

Exceeding these limits may result in temporary suspension of service or additional charges.

6. Content and Data

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our service for moderation.

We may process and analyze submitted content solely for the purpose of providing moderation services.

We do not store or retain content longer than necessary to provide our services.

7. Payment and Refunds

Payment terms are based on your selected subscription plan.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kenodo Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
